If you are being harassed by another player, you have several options. The first is to just ignore the player.
To file a complaint on a player you must have the player's Numeric Web Earth Online ID number which is visible
only when playing the game. Report the player, by reporting this number. Player game names are not unique in the
game, therefore the player's Numeric WEO ID number is required.
