There has not been a live critter cam this year because none of the nest spots for cameras have birds. Last year, the old grill that was a favorite for wrens was removed and thrown into the trash. In its place is a new Bluebird house (still empty) The solar powered blue bird house is also empty. But who knows, I will check this weekend and maybe someone will have moved in.

Here is a story about cardinals which moved in.
It is called "Bad Hair Days"
This just happened. I couldn't get a web cam in there because it was in a tree.

Click here for the full story.

Hopefully you get some birds moving in, and the cardinal chicks look like they've been through a tornado. xD

I have alot of birds living in my trees; a mocking bird nest and a pair of blue jays. Pretty soon I predict there might be a cardinal nest as well.

adorable i love the one in that back! All we have is these really annoying mockingbirds that like imitating car alarms and ambulances at 1:00 am. Then some random coyote starts howling T.T. I lovey the bird feather style xD

That is adorable! I like the one in the back too. They both look so...unhappy but I bet they don't care. Thanks for sharing!
